By using Tickfunded you agree to these terms. Tickfunded provides simulated evaluation challenges and related dashboard tools for educational and practice purposes only.

1. Nature of the service

All accounts, balances, and rewards shown on this platform are simulated. Tickfunded is not a broker, bank, or investment advisor and does not hold client funds in a live market sense.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details. One email address may only be used for one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Challenges and fees

Challenge fees, rules, and account sizes are displayed at checkout. Fees paid for evaluation challenges are generally non-refundable once the challenge has been started, except where required by law or stated in a specific promotion.

4. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
