Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about Tickfunded challenges, rules, payouts and account management.

What is Tickfunded?
Tickfunded is a proprietary trading evaluation firm. You choose a challenge (Precision 2-Step, Precision 1-Step or Prime Instant), pay the one-time fee, and trade on a simulated account under clear rules. Pass the evaluation and you receive a funded account where you keep up to 80–90% of the profits as rewards.
What are the different challenge types?
Precision 2-Step — Two phases (8% then 5% profit targets). Balance-based drawdown, 5 minimum trading days per phase.

Precision 1-Step — Single phase with a 10% profit target. Faster path. Starts from $6K account size.

Prime Instant — No evaluation phases. You start trading a funded-style account immediately. Lowest entry is $3K.
What does Balance based vs Trailing drawdown mean?
Balance based — The maximum loss limit is calculated from your starting balance and does not move up when you make profits. Used on Precision 2-Step and Precision 1-Step.

Trailing — The drawdown level follows your equity high-water mark. Used on Prime Instant.
How quickly can I get funded?
With Precision 1-Step you can qualify in as little as 2–3 trading days (minimum trading days apply). Precision 2-Step typically takes at least 10 trading days (5 per phase). Prime Instant requires no challenge — you are trading from day one.
What is the performance reward / profit split?
On funded accounts you keep 80% of the profits by default (higher splits may be available via add-ons). Rewards are processed after you request a payout and pass any consistency or minimum trading day rules that apply to your account type.
How do payouts / withdrawals work?
Once you have an eligible profit on a funded account, go to your Dashboard → Request Withdraw. Provide the mobile money number or bank details where you want the funds sent. Our team reviews the request and processes it. Average processing is shown on the site (often within hours once approved).
Can I use Expert Advisors (EAs) or news trade?
News trading is allowed on all current challenge types. EA permission is an optional paid add-on at checkout. Always check the exact rules shown for the package you purchase.
What happens if I fail a challenge?
If you breach the daily or maximum loss limit the account is marked failed. Some packages allow a reset (paid or free depending on the offer). You can also purchase a new challenge at any time.
Is the same email allowed on multiple accounts?
No. Each email address can only be used for one Tickfunded account. This helps keep identity verification and payouts clean.
Password requirements
Passwords must contain at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g. !@#$%^&*). This is enforced on registration and when you change your password.
